 Duties |
| - Assist Management in leading and managing the process and on-going operations of light and decor installation, maintenance, removal and storage. |
| - Install holiday lighting and decor on structures, trees, and other landscaping |
| - Clearly communicate with Management and crew members |
| - Uphold company policies and quality standards |
| - Manage crew and uphold performance and safety standards |
| - Track and manage labor hours |
| - Operate vehicles and equipment responsibly, keep clean and in good working order |
| - Track inventory and manage warehouse organization |
| - Find solutions to problems on-the-fly |
| Qualifications |
| - Previous work in holiday decorating, sign or lighting installation, commercial painting, or similar preferred |
| - Ability to lead and manage a crew |
| - High school diploma or GED required |
| - Must be comfortable with heights and working in a lift or on tall ladders |
| - Positive attitude and professional demeanor |
| - Attention to detail and well organized |
| - Valid driver's license |
| - Must have working and reliable transportation |
| - Must have working and reliable smart phone |
| Hours and Pay |
| - $16+ starting, depending on experience. Frequent raises throughout season depending on perfomance. |
| - Full time (average 32-40+ hours per week) October through January |
